When installing your moulding use a miter box and saw. In situations where one piece
will join up to another along a straight run of cabinets, the moulding should be
spliced together. The splicing together of moulding is referred as a "straight miter".
This conceals the splice and gives the appearance of a continuous piece of moulding.
Applying themoulding should be done using finishing nails. The nails should be recessed
with a nail set. Wellborn offers a Touch-Up Kit that contains a putty stick to fill in
the nail holes. The Touch-Up Kits are offered in matching finish colors.
